MBA recommendation letters are one of the most misunderstood parts of the application process. Many applicants focus on choosing the most senior recommender — when what actually matters is specificity, credibility, and examples of impact.

ISB will evaluate your profile on 4 factors- 1) Academic Potential 2) Work Experience 3) Diversity 4) Career Goals
On the Academic front, you have decent scores and a strong GMAT, so that checks the box.
Work ex shows good potential of storytelling considering the sales background.
The experience and extracurricular also add a good bit of diversity (yes the ECs will work as long as you show good impact here)
Career goals is the only question mark here as moving into PM without the relevant experience will be tough if not impossible. Better research on goals that are clear and realistic.

Quite a well-rounded profile. Scores and GMAT (though at par) check the box considering other aspects of your profile.
Work ex and Extracurricular (very interesting) add diversity. Now key from here is presentation of both and to bring out the career journey, achievements (in both work and ECs).
An important piece of the admissions puzzle is missing- Career Goals.
If you have goals that are clear and organic, you have a decent shot at almost all the top Indian B-Schools and I recommend you apply at all.
