I am primarily interested in applying to LBS and would like your invaluable advice as to how I can improve my profile to increase my chances of a convert.

Undergraduate Degree: BE Electrical & Electronics - Manipal Institute of Technology (Yes, the one Satya Nadella graduated from

) - GPA: 7.66/10 - Secured A+(10/10) grade for my final semester project.
Postgraduate Degree: Master of Management (M. Mgmt.) - IIT Bombay - GPA: 7.91/10
Its not an MBA degree but rather a Post graduate degree (not accredited by any MBA institutions abroad)
Few Achievements:
1. Highest grade (AP or 10/10) awarded for the final semester project work which indicates exceptional performance by student.
2. POR - head of Marketing Club (Marktrix) and managed the club budget of INR 40k & led a team of 6 members to organize events and mentoring sessions.
3. I was also able to do internship with Johnson & Johnson for 2 months and win "Best Intern" award for my efforts.
4. I was recognized by HUL (Unilever India) as one of top 30 student leaders from leading B-schools in country
No gaps anywhere either during the education or the professional career.

International Exp. : After 1st yr, I was nominated for Johnson & Johnson's Global Operations Leadership Program (GOLD). GOLD is a dynamic two-and-a-half-year rotational program that develops high potential supply chain associates and prepares them for future leadership positions in Johnson & Johnson. I was selected as one of the top 42 global recruits of Johnson & Johnson in 2017 for this program. Under this program I had done 2 rotations.
Had gotten trained in Leadership at Global HQ in New Brunswick (2 trainings), New Jersey and in Ireland (1 training).
Rotation 1 - I was the Site Project Manager (PMO) for the launch of J&J's largest baby care NPD in India. I had led planning project schedule & implementation strategy & collaborated on-site with manufacturing & engineering to monitor the rollout of 6 new formulations & packaging that were validated in 18 days & new equipment installations of 3 new lines in 30 days.
Rotation 2 - I was the Manufacturing Line Support Engineer leading the operations for Baby Powder manufacturing unit here in Mumbai. I was managing the performance of 4 production lines of Baby Powder operations with workforce of 43 operators for a category worth $ 10 million net sales in market.
I continued in my second rotation & got Promoted to Assistant Manager / Manufacturing Line Support for Powder manufacturing Leveraging LEAN methodologies to implement changes that improved productivity by 10% & labor cost by 19%. This also helped me getting LEAN Green Belt certified with expertise in Rapid Changeovers.
This had also helped me in winning a Global J&J Award under Customer Value category where my project on Simplification was awarded by WW VP of Consumer Health Supply Chain.
Currently, as part of my personal development, I've taken on a short assignment of 9 months as Digital Project Lead (APAC) for one of the Digital Transformation Projects aimed at improving customer experience (to be piloted in Philippines) wherein I'm managing overall project management activities including scope. budget & approvals from senior leaders & collaborating with key stakeholders to establish project lifecycle milestones from ideation to project execution.

Responsibilities - Joined as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) and was promoted to Assistant Engineer after 2 yrs.
My main role involved consulting & collaborating with 4 cross-functional teams & experts from UK & Middle East, (design modification). I had led a team of 4 CAD Staff members & trained them regarding all the different project & data requirements. I also used to collaborate with senior project managers to ensure designs are met with relevant standards for consistency.
Achievements - Received appreciation from Senior Management for excelling in Leadership & Teamwork. I was acknowledged for ‘Exceptional Performance displayed by consistently improving through Graduate Engineers Training’
I had led a Cross-functional Team of 5 graduates & won the Atkins Graduate Multidisciplinary Design Competition 2014
Plus, I also coordinated exclusively with HR to re-structure the Training Programme of 87 Graduates in all aspects of Project delivery.
Extra curriculars:
Passionate towards CSR and giving back to the Community.
While at J&J, I worked with Taproot organization that support female leaders across the globe. I was able to share my knowledge and expertise to support one of the female leaders in Nigeria trying to build her start-up of Solar Panels for urban houses.
In the past I've worked with an NGO named Vaagdhara. I was appreciated by Vaagdhara for my efforts involving Teaching Maths to rural kids & building homes for their shelter. Active part of the Vaccination & Health improvement drive in rural areas of Jaipur by Vaagdhara (NGO).
Was a part of various clubs in the college, passionate about photography, Trekking, Nature conservation
Apart from all this, I've keen interest in Music (I'm a self taught drummer and have played with bands before) & enjoy taking part in Marathons (clocked 76mins for 11Kms in 2019 official Mumbai marathon).
Immediate post-MBA goal: Working with health care or pharma companies as a consultant to streamline & optimize their supply chains using latest digital tools in industry to bring eliminate any losses in their value stream
Long-term goal: Build expertise as a consultant in Digital Transformation of Companies across the globe (Industry 4.0 and Lighthouse Manufacturing)
