Hi Tlh,
Any idea on the number of Indians (female, energy sector- not sure if there is differentiation) already admitted?

Dear All

Just submitted my application for R4 J18 intake.

I am a Singaporean working in PE, with 6 years of experience, all in Singapore but across multiple multi-national corporations.
GMAT 720

May i have a rough sense of my chances? Cant say I am too confident about this. :|
Also, where do i see the number of Singaporeans admitted for the various intake?

Thanks in advance?

Good luck! Just took a look at MBAconnect. For 18D, 8 Singaporeans through the first 2 rounds. 18J - 16. 17D - 13.

Could you please give us an update of the 359 admits by nationality?

I would like to know the number of Brazilians...

R3 applicant here. Already interviewed and impatiently waiting for the final decision.

22 Brazilians. I don't think there's a way on the system to list out all of the nationalities, would have to go through one by one.

35 Americans. There's no healthcare category in the system. Good luck!

Good Luck R3's with your interviews and waiting!
In the meantime R4's make some NOISE !!!the silence is deafening....

Any idea on how many were admitted to 18J class? Trying to get a feel on how many places will be open for 18D's, given that as per the figures published on this forum from MBAconnect, ~364 is the tally so far from R1 and R2. Last year the intake from R1 and R2 was ~408 (??) ...maybe some hope for the R3/R4??

And does the R4 notifications follow the earlier rounds of getting to hear back from the AO's around 10 days before deadline or can we expect things to move quicker ??

Right now we have 371 18Ds on MBA Connect.

And 10 days before the deadline would already be super quick. The general rule is around 0 to 3 days before the deadline.

Good luck R3s and R4s!

Thanks latinoinasuit for the update on the numbers.
And any idea on the size of 18J class or how many more seats are still open for the 18D's class ?

Currently 508 18J admits.

Hard to say how many spots left for 18D, but if I had to guess I would say that the number of admits will be around 560 (high yield for the January intake)

Done with both interviews last weekend.

It was exactly as everyone said: They were more of a conversation than a formal interview, and I really enjoyed both of them. They were primarily checking my fit into INSEAD and what I can contribute during the program. Why INSEAD, Why MBA, and Why Now came out as these questions can really draw a good picture of your motivation doing MBA. Both gave me many great advice regarding the exit language, courses, and even personal life at INSEAD. I especially noticed that both interviewers's eyes gleamed when they recall the memories at INSEAD and I could feel that they really cherish the experience, which makes me even more fascinated by INSEAD!

Now is the time to concentrate on work and take on as many projects as I can to distract myself until the decision day, one month from now

Dear 18Ds, looking forward to hazing you quite a bit! :P
Feels like a long time since I have been in your shoes! But in reality wasn't that long ago. I am a blogger for INSEAD 18J! Here is a sneak peek of what you need to do of your pre-MBA time: https://blogs.insead.edu/mbaexperience/ ... -into-two/
Looking forward to meeting you on campus in January!
Good luck guys!
