Hello Team,
I have received an interview invite from HBS however my gmat is very low 640. I was wondering do I need to take the test again before the interview. I am in dilemma if I should spend time on gmat or just concentrate on my interview prep.

I would say that if you feel confident that you can improve your score then it wouldn't hurt to give it a shot. If you walk in the interview with a 40 point increase it will show dedication and will be received well. With that said, if you managed to land an Interview at HBS with a 640 then there is something truly unique about your profile and I would not brush off any time you need to devote in order to confidently be able to articulate your story and goals. They picked you for a good reason and you need to be rock solid on proving them right in the interview. If you don't mind sharing, can you tell us your background? Nationality, gender, WE, GPA, significant extracurriculars / connections. I'm sure many will be curious.

Hey thanks for your reply! Honestly I am not sure if I can increase it by 40 points in the given time constraint that's why I'm wondering if its wise to go through the pain again.
