Very relaxed conversational, knew everything about my profile and job, very simple questions , not MBA style why this why that for me atleast , one thing was , I didn’t see any notes on his note pad for me , which was different from the scribbling I saw for someone else

One thing is that they want to further harmonise this program with existing mba program as well as emba program , means maybe smaller class and highly selective program with test scores etc

This is maybe why they don’t give waiver anymore for tests.

Hi guys, according to many discussions here, I guess R2 interviews should be done by the end of this week. Hope all of you guys were doing well. The only thing we can do is back to normal life and keep praying for the expected results. Good Luck to all of us!!

The interesting thing is "by February 14, 2018", which means final decision may be released on any date before February 14, 2018. However, I checked previous discussions of R1 applications. The R1 admitted applicants got informed on the scheduled date, November 2, 2017. Thus, I personally think R2 results will be sent out on the scheduled date.

I hope your interviews went well - mine was a mix of conversational and a bit challenging I must say. Anyway I’ve done my best to show how passionnate I am about my job and how I truly believe MIT SF can help me to move to the next level also how excited I wanted to share my experiences with the cohort. The interviewer told me that they are still looking for 110.
Best of luck to all and not received the generic thank you mail

Had a nice discussion with Rod yesterday. Very conversational. Rod had gone through my profile before our discussion.
He asked about if anything changed since the time I applied, if you are doing very good in your firm then why leave everything and come for a MBA,
Why you left your last job, What you want to do after the course, where is your firm located in New York and some related questions.

I guess lots of these questions were because It was my first interaction with Adcom.

Let’s see what happens next. BTW I also did not get any generic thank you mail.
