As the Kira questions may still fresh in your mind, it would be helpful to mention the questions (verbal and written) you encountered.

Sure.
I remember 2 out of the 3 Qs asked in Kira.
I dont remember the exact language in which the question was asked, but the context of the question.

1) Video - It was related to diversity. How would I handle the diverse cultures in RSM?
2) Written - You are the CEO and plan to launch a new product. Inform your employees about it, and tell them that 20% of the staff will be handling this launch and have to make this product a success.

Hi, I am a Digital Media Planner working in the Media and Advertising industry for almost 3 years now. I have a B.Tech Degree in Computer Sciences with 71%, 12th with 70 % and 10th with 9 CGPA. I have worked in media agencies like GroupM & Publicis. I am yet to take my GMAT. How strong do you think my profile is for a future in Brand Management/Marketing or Digital Strategy Consulting? Also, what can I do to make my profile stronger and which schools I can preferably target? I have just applied to RSM as of now. Will be great to hear all your suggestions :)

I don't know if they do, but I submitted the application on 9/Jun. so maybe just wait for a few more days, good luck :)

I did the Skype interview ,here are the questions.
These meeting were taking almost 30 mins.

1. Who are you?
2. Why do you want to study now?
3. Do you have plan B if didn’t make it?
4. Who is your role model?
5. What is the most challenge do you think you will have in the MBA?
6. Why do you want to study ?
7. How did you deal with disagreement?
8. Tell me more about your intention of the startup you want to launch.

• 4 years marketing work experience in Taiwan and China, 1 year in Australia.

• GPA: 3.26/4.3

• I didn’t submit GMAT scores because online and offline exams are all unavailable in China recently, I also asked them before I submitted the application.

I have just finished with my interview today which I feel went well. The interviewer informed me to expect to get my decision at the end of this week or early next week. From my experience, I would like to suggest that having international work experience, good stories to share, leadership quality, perfect essay, and pre-application interview with the regional admission manager may give huge perks to get a positive decision.

Also, when I wrote the essay I ran it through multiple people most of them being fresh alumnus of RSM MBA and they all gave it a clean chit. Regarding the pre-application interview with the adcom, I did ask them about it but they requested me to keep the inquiries on mail due to the covid situation so I agreed.

BBA major with Finance & Banking, CGPA:3.15 out of 4.00
IELTS 7.5
Total 5 years 2 months of work experience... approx 4 years of experience in one of the largest multinational banks

In my case, at first, I asked for my profile evaluation through their website and after evaluating my LinkedIn, the adcom manager emailed me with a very positive note and asked if I could have an interview. And even later, my application fee was also waived. Later in my interview, again I got another positive vibe with an email sharing lot of other information and afterward, I always tried to keep in touch with them by emailing regarding various issues and that works.
