I can only remember two of my Kira questions.
speaking - I was asked about handling diversity in a team since I will be paired with people from different backgrounds.
Writing - I was asked to send an email to my employees, as a CEO, notifying them that 20 senior managers and directors will be joining the company. I was also required to highlight the impact of this on management structures and reporting and state my assumptions if any

Thanks for sharing the questions you came across, even I have received an invite for my KIRA Interview.
I suppose the duration of each verbal question was 2 min 30 sec
