I can only remember two of my Kira questions.

speaking - I was asked about handling diversity in a team since I will be paired with people from different backgrounds.

Writing - I was asked to send an email to my employees, as a CEO, notifying them that 20 senior managers and directors will be joining the company. I was also required to highlight the impact of this on management structures and reporting and state my assumptions if any

Thanks for sharing the questions you came across, even I have received an invite for my KIRA Interview.
I suppose the duration of each verbal question was 2 min 30 sec

Yes, each of the video was 2 mins 30 secs including prep time. The written assessment was 10 mins without prep time.

Could you suggest any place apart from the link shared, where I can get practice questions for both verbal and written for RSM's KIRA interview

The questions from other schools in the link shared in this group were sufficient to help me practice. You can also check www dot mim-essay dot com. Pls note that you will have to buy a book for $10. I didn't buy this book because I didn't think it was necessary.

Btw, your Kira link comes with dozens with practice questions before taking the actual questions. You can take as long as you wish. I practiced, for example for 4 days before taking the real one.

Both emails (Kira and personal interview) came together. I had to complete the Kira interview before the personal interview though.

I have answered the first part of question in my previous message. My interview was on Monday (20th April)

Oh so it is different for every applicant I guess.. I got only invite for Kira now.. deadline for that is 28th..so may be after that they may give the interview invite based on the video responses..

For video responses u prepared for all the questions from other schools in the link? And preparation time in my practice session is 45 secs and response time is 2 mins.. and for written it is 15 mins in the practice..will it change in the assessment?
