Hi everyone!
I figured I would share a little breakdown of the Top European MBA programs in relation to their US counterparts.
It goes without saying that the M7 are still king, I just used a little Artistic license with the title.
From here on out, the following schools shall be referred to as the E7! INSEAD/LBS:These are options 1A/1B outside of the US and especially in Europe, usually comes down to 1 yr vs 2 yr or geographical preference.
[M7 reference: HBS/GSB]IMDTop tier MBA program that always secures very lucrative compensation packages (dominates Forbes ranking, among others). Typically seen as a cut below INSEAD/LBS, but can surprise people.
[M7 reference: Wharton]HEC ParisCan go toe-to-toe with any school on the list. Places well across multiple industries.
[M7 reference: Booth]Oxbridge (Judge/Saïd)Exuding prestige, these schools parent institutions need no introduction. While Judge gets the edge in this direct comparison, both MBA’s are cut from the same cloth.
[M7 reference: Sloan]IESEDeceptively sneaky feeder to many industries, arguably the best school to place in certain localities.
[M7 reference: CBS/Kellogg]Naturally you have plenty of other european schools that do very well like IE, SDA, ESADE, Mannheim, etc. Very much like the M7 have Tuck, Yale, Haas, etc.
The E7 however are a cut above the rest in Europe and shall henceforth be given the respect they deserve.
The M7 is dead, long live the E7!
