Hi, I have a small doubt. So essentially ISB gives you a 2 year defer after your graduation in YLP to complete 20 months of work-ex, however, in extraordinary circumstances as these when job joinings have been deferred, can a YLP admitted candidate get an extra year of defer to complete their required work-ex?
Really hoping that someone who knows about this responds quickly!

Are interview calls being sent out city wise or on the basis of application submission date?
I don't think it is based on a GMAT or GRE Score either. Your scores are not disclosed to the interviewers to avoid bias.

Possibly the interviewers are not informed about the scores, but the interviews might be taking place accordingly. Otherwise there is no other objective way to decide so as to which student will go to the 3rd round. If anyone has any clue regarding interview calls do share
I seriously do not know how it was going. It felt like a bit of conversation and a bit of grilling the whole time. But overall experience was incredible and the panel was very patient with me.

Can you please elaborate on the "grilling" part? Thanks
It was more about asking very detailed questions based on your resume. You have to be fully prepared with everything you say it have prepared there. For example: if you have worked with masala bonds, then know the risks and issues why you would recommend masala bonds. Just be thorough with your resume and why MBA question, and you would be fine in my opinion. I worked on dinner stuff long back and had totally forgotten some stuff.

Are you talking about the optional resume that one can upload before submitting the final application?
You can definitely defer it by one more year. You just need to send in a deferral request with the reasons and they are accommodative when it comes to YLP deferrals
Does ISB YLP have a waitlist? Once you get through to the interview stage what are your odds of you converting as an engg? When would the people who had the first round of interview get their results?
