A : sum of three angle is given and asking 4 th discrete angle : Sufficicient .

B : sum of 3 angle given , we dont know about other 2 : Hence Not sufficient

Quadrilateral's sum is always 360.

In option 1, they give sum of all three angles except ADC hence Option A is sufficient via 360-280 (80 degrees).

In Option 2, they give sum of all three angles but includes ADC as part of 300 degrees. With purely that knowledge, we cant calculate ADC hence option B is not sufficient.
