Just got an update, rejection from the Master's program but encouraged to attend the Graduate Certificate program. Congratulations to any who made it through!!

Has anyone heard something similar?

Are you considering the certificate program ? What is the way forward for you now in terms of admission in case you wish to opt for it?

Got rejected too this morning with a suggestion, which MIT said is given to a few applicants, to reapply next year. So, did you too get this sort of feedback or anything other than this.

I haven’t got any update yet. Actually I am not sure if my case is in their review list. Since I don’t have GRE score. I believe they waive it for this year. But my application page still shows waiting for GRE score documents.

Did you reach out to them about whether they still require the GRE score for your application? I am guessing it is just a validation check from last year.

Aren't they supposed to send an email in either case. Since the deadline is March 5th and you still haven't got an email/portal update about the decision, it seems weird.

I guess no email is good for now.

I also believe the same that by 05th March some communication should have been received but nothing yet. Today as well my application status still shows submitted only and even no mail response from the SDM admissions team on my email sent 3 days ago.
