Hey guys,

I took GMAT online and now applying to ISB. I did not apply to the school at the time of writing the exam. When I am trying to send the score to ISB via mba.com, a pop up came notifying that the score would be made available to the school within 8 hours.

ISB application portal is also asking for official/ unofficial report, and I do not see any option to download that for online GMAT. Can someone please help.
I need to submit the application within 48 hours. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Take the screenshot of your score and upload it. Score report is only for test centers. Online Gmat dont have score report. You just have to upload the screen shot. May I know your score?

It is 710.
Are you sure that I take screenshot and upload it.
Also, I reported the score today via mba.com and I received a message that the score would be available to the school within 8 hours.
So, that is pretty much it, right? I do not need to pay for anything else.

Hello Guys,

I took the screenshot of online GMAT and uploaded it. I received email from ISB that my application is incomplete and telling me again to upload Official GMAT Scores. What should I do?

Did you send your official scored to ISB through GMAC? I guess by official scores they mean the score report that they get from GMAC. What do you think?

Sending GMAT online scores is free and that is why they are not charging you any money. Did you check the following article on how to send scores? You may need to call ISB and verify what they are looking for? I think they are pretty accessible over the phone during the working hours. Try calling them :)

As long as you have sent the score through GMAC you are fine. You can take a screenshot from the page where you send score. When you expand it will show ISB. Take it and reply to them. By now every school knows online GMAT doesn't have an official report so you should be good.

I was facing the same issue. I called ISB and told them of my issue. They asked me to send the screenshot of my score. And within the next 30 minutes I got the mail that my application is complete. No point in calling GMAC call-centres or sending mails to them. Better call up ISB directly.

On which number did you call. I called them and they give me the phone number that is switched off.

I see that all the GMAC helplines work from Monday to Friday only. So, I guess it is not possible to contact them over the weekend. They should be able to get back to you by Monday morning if you have already emailed them. Are you planning to meet any deadline or something?
