So lets share our insights, suggestions and experiences here. With the round 1 deadline in less less than 4 days, how is the application looking? What is the deadline given by your AO to get done with your interviews ?

Yes that's sensible. Should err on the safe side of caution. Drop them a text or something, sometimes the email provided is not updated. Mine was an insead.edu email, and I'm pretty sure it won't be checked frequently hence I texted as a follow-up. Also, INSEAD assigned me an interviewer who wasn't available to do interviews this period. I think they missed her email. I had to inform my AO about this, got reassigned an interviewer....who also didn't confirm that she was able to take interviews! >. So yes, best to follow-up early.

Best to follow-up early, probably via a text, especially if you notice that the email is insead.edu (usually nobody checks that frequently) or if you realise the email address is not the current company they are at (do some snooping on linkedin ) Also, I was assigned an interviewer who actually had informed INSEAD she cannot take interviews during this period. I had to inform my AO about this..she reassigned another interviewer, but this 2nd interviewer also wasn't asked if she could do interviews for this intake! >.< Thankfully she was very nice and accommodated. So yes, would suggest to check-in early.

Hi! Does anyone have use the additional letter in the application form? I have a friend that is an alumni and she is willing to provide an informal recommendation. Do you know if there is like a template for this? Or is it completely up to the alumni?
