Common question of Computer Science of class 10:
1) a=58, b=11, counter variable R will keep increasing (R++) till a becomes a multiple of b. (R=58-55=3)

2) as a=a-1 or a-- , a will terminate to 0 eventually, Hence D will become integer, and there is no infinite loop.
