Similar to GMAT, the more overrrepresented you are, the greater the competition and hence the more upward pressure on what score you need. For reference, I helped an Indian male (from India but working here) get into Booth EMBA with a 157 with a very solid quant score; probably a bit lopsided actually. One nice thing is that they dont publish EA scores for that program yet so you can kind of sneak in even if its a bit lower if you offer some kind of diversity/unique contribution to the class, or if you do a bang up job on the application.
For EW at Booth I would recommend 160 because there is generally more emphasis on the test score for younger applicants. Io helped someone get into that program last year who had a 680 GMAT which is relatively strong, also those with scores as low as 630 in the past But havent submitted anyone with an EA yet for EW Booth.
