Doesn’t matter bud, most of the time it will be someone with a 730+ GMAT, 3.5 GPA + with 3-5 years of experience

Though the profile of an individual matters, unfortunately GMAT plays an extreme vital role for getting interviewed (just my opinion)

yeah I think it’s important to have a high GMAT score especially if GPA is low or something. I agree that GMAT plays a vital role.
