I got waitlisted without interview. Does that mean I stand a chance to atleast be interviewed in upcoming rounds or is it rare for them to revisit?

Hey all--I'm a R1 applicant, interviewed 10/21 and nothing back. Late last week my status changed to "your application is complete and under review" but it changed back the other day to the "Thank you for interviewing" message. Does this mean I got dinged? Any insight into why this is taking so long?

Happy to share! Hope I’m not too late for your interview.
The interview was fairly straightforward and the interviewer was very nice. What people say about the interview being conversational is definitely true.
I was asked the following questions in roughly the following order (note: I’m looking at banking post-MBA):
-Asked to expand on a specific item on my resume under my interests section
-Why MBA/Why now?
-What are some companies am I interested in working at post-MBA? + a few follow ups for how I planned to tackle recruiting
-What kind of person am I on a team/what kind of leader am I? + a follow up about working w/ someone on a team who may be difficult to work with
-And any questions I had for the interviewer
The time goes by super quick! Just remember that NYU loves to highlight the IQ+EQ so try to relax and be friendly/cordial.

I primarily highlighted my awareness of how rigorous banking recruiting is, bringing awareness to needing to balance coffee chats, corporate presentations, school work, clubs, etc. And that I’m already thinking about trying to talk to people pre-MBA, things like that.

Message in my portal changed from "Thank you for interviewing" to "Your application is complete and currently under review". The list of uploaded material is also gone, so is the option to withdraw application. Does this mean anything? I interviewed on 12th. Is my result coming soon?
