As it was mentioned on lot of forums the volume is high this year, may be too many applicants with similar profiles.

So what will happen is that students they have given admit to won’t join as they’ll get better schools. Then they’ll go for waitlisted people

Ohh thanks for clarifying this. Is there anything that needs to be done by us if we’re waitlisted? Like making my application more strong. Coz this is what Cornell mentioned in the decision letter

You have an amazing profile. Are you taking the Cornell offer or are you waiting for other decisions too?
Thank you so much for the compliment! I don’t know yet to be honest.

SamAudi24
Guys, why does it look like they waitlisted/rejected applicants left right and center? Wonder what they’re looking for..
I saw that and couldn’t help but wonder the same. So many incredible people with amazing profiles here in the forum alone.

I interviewed yesterday. Been about ~30 hours now but I haven't received any Next Steps email. Are we reading too much into this? Feeling anxious...

Just logged in to the application portal and saw that the status is now 'Under Review'. I had my interview yesterday. Is it normal for the status to change to 'Under Review' after the interview?

Hi, could you please share your interview experience. Also, when did you receive the email to schedule the interview?

Hi, could you please share your interview experience. Also, when did you receive the email to schedule the interview?

Hey, I received the invite on Nov 7 morning (IST). Completed my interview on Nov 18 evening (IST). Had it directly with an adcom member. They mentioned it would be 20-25 min long but it took about ~45 min. There is no link for the interview call. You need to be online on Skype and they will call you themselves. Ifyou haven't shared your Skype ID with them, then make sure to mail it to them prior to your interview.
Questions were similar to what you can find in the debriefs.
I was not asked any leadership or behavioural questions. I was asked a lot of post-MBA career related ones - even though my goal is pretty common and realistic given my profile.
Overall I think it went okay, but Idk how they perceived my answers. Anxiously waiting for the results.
