Does Cornell require TOEFL - I sent in docs to show that my undergrad had english as a language of instruction, but they are still asking for TOEFL scores

I did that as well.. Looks like I too will be asked for Language test scores. Any Indian who managed to avoid it? If yes, How?

It’s weird because I sent in a doc on my college letterhead and my transcript annexure that clearly states English as a sole medium, but don’t know why they asked for it.

i them sent them a screenshot of the Cornell website that allows that. - don’t know what else I can send
