One more thing to add from what TWIC shared: there are two formats of interview invites, real-time in person interview and recorded Q&A interview. It does appear the first type is more familiar to most of us and it is in general nicer to have an interview with a person through a camera in real time. But there is no preference whatsoever from the Adcom perspective. So once you get the interview invite, if you can only choose recorded interview option, don’t get discouraged.

Same, I checked the portal and saw an invite. Email notification came several hours later
Btw, what does the location indicated next to the interview slot imply? Is it the timezone of the slot or location of the interviewer? Does Berkeley, CA indicate interview with AdCom?

I mean, it means both. The location of the interviewer which therefore means timezone of the interview.
A Berkeley CA means either option but adcoms would likely only be in Berkeley or close to it.
Can someone shed light on scholarship strategy? Does it do any harm to my application if I apply to all even though my application doesn't really have any evidence in certain contribution asked by the fellowship such as women advancing and LGBTQ?
Good sign. I received my interview invite one week after the notification email.

i’m sorry but this is not necessarily a good sign; they require official transcripts as part of the initial application process and this is about completing your file. Not everyone who submits official transcripts, who failed to do so initially, gets an invite.

This is true. To add, I wasn't even asked for my official transcripts during the process, got accepted, and then was told in my acceptance call that the acceptance itself was conditional based on me submitting my official transcripts.
