Does Haas give interviews on a rolling basis? I see their decision deadline but nothing about the interviews.

Yes they do, and it can be really annoying waiting for it. My only advice is don't get swept up in reading the tea leaves trying to predict your outcome. When the invite comes, it comes. Until then, focus on the interviews you do have.

I received an interview invite just 2-3 weeks before the decision date. So yeah, I feel the timing of the interview doesn’t matter.

Yes, invites are rolling.
It looks like they aren’t sending emails just yet. I checked the livewire today and found that folks were getting interview invites through portal updates. Checked my portal and found an update as well. So it’s best to check your portal regularly.

Hey, what does the update look like- for me it still shows submitted

It will be above your checklist, and will be one of the first things you will see when you open up your portal. It will be very obvious whether you have an interview or not

No didn't received yet any interview invite.

May, I know when you guys had submitted your applications. If possible can you guys share the timeline.
I had submitted my application on 18th of December. But, didn't received any interview yet.

A day before the deadline.

This is just a general point to R2 applicants - there is nothing to read into the interview invite process. Nothing will indicate whether or not you have an interview, other than the actual interview invite.

This isn't rolling, meaning even if you apply earlier, you don't necessarily get your invite earlier.

Getting a later invite vs. earlier invite is no indication of acceptance either.

Getting an 'application complete' email is also no indication of an invite or acceptance. Some people in R1 got an 'application complete' email the same day as their invite, while others got theirs several weeks before their interview invite. Some didn't even get an email and still got an interview. Others got the email, and no invite.

Of all the schools I applied to in R1, Haas was the most ambiguous. You won't know until you know. So don't try reading the tea leaves, don't work yourselves up over the unknown. You've done all you can, and there is nothing in your control for now. So take a breath, relax a bit, and after some time, start working on your interview stories.
