Has any one gotten any response from Adcom on by when we should be expecting interview results? or do they only inform successful candidates, so those who have not gotten any response by now should assume its a ding?

I'm also aiming for the Feb 1st deadline. However, I'm going for the Sep22 intake. Is Feb too late to apply (even though there are several rounds left)?
