Same here. There has been no change since the day I submitted my application. Considering the EA result date is 4 days away, I am assuming it would mean a ding.

May be there are much more applicants and they are still reviewing it or thinking to club remaining profiles with the R1

Yeah, it has to be one of three scenarios I guess. Either a rejection or they will push back the decision date, or they will defer our applications and push the results with R1

I had my interview today and thought to share the debrief with this group.

The interview lasted for 40 minutes and below were the questions asked (not in the same order):

1) Walk me through your resume
2) What does a typical work day look like for me? Who are my stakeholders?
3) Why diversity is so important in schools and companies? How have I ensured to promote diversity in my projects?
4) Biggest professional achievement and the impact?
5) Time when I was frustrated and how I handled it?
6) Biggest professional failure? What did I learn from it?
7)Why MBA?
8)Why Rotman?
9) Short term and long term goals?
10) Any other school that I am applying to?
11) Learning that was life changing for you?
12) Any other questions
