It happend the same to me last week, between 29th and 30th my status changed, and then on oct 1st I received my letter.

That’s just a video interview. You will have another interview.

Yes, exactly this one.

How do you prepare for them - Just like how you would for any job interview or to write impromptu essays.

Jot down the points and then establish the top 3 points to speak about and elaborate. Follow the STAR method.

1. Make sure your story is aligned in your resume, essay and these questions
2. Be yourself.

It doesn’t look like enough Indians got interview invites compared to the last few years. I may be wrong. Anyway, if you haven’t got interview it’s time to move on. I’m chalking this up to a reject. Just odd since I got waitlisted last year.

Application submitted: 1st Sep, 21
Interview invite received: 20th Sep, 21
Interview date: 30th Sep, 21
Decision date: 7th Oct, 21

Kira interview questions:
1. If you could give advice to your younger self, what would it be?
2. Whats your favourite season of the year and why?

Interview questions:
1. Walk me through your resume
2. Why MBA, why Rotman, and why now?
3. Biggest achievement and failure in professional life
4. What other schools have you applied to?
5. Post MBA goals
6. Tell me of a time when you learned something valuable from someone and how it helped you later
7. Tell me of a time when you had to sacrifice something dear to you for someone else
8. Why is international/diverse experience important and how has it helped you? (I have intl work experience)
9. Questions for adcom
