I received a similar mail. I'm planning to take another online exam very soon. Will I be allowed to take the exam ? Does this admin review impact ? I have been trying to reach out to GMAC, but they don't have a customer care contact number. Can anyone suggest me contact number or if you have faced this situation earlier, any thing I should take care of.
Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi. Yes, you can retake the test. The review is something that AI has flagged during the test and most of the time, it just means it will take 4 weeks for that score to be available. However, it has no impact on other tests, attempts, or previously taken tests - just this one. If you did not get the score you wanted and you were not planning to use it, then I would NOT worry about it really. Most of the time it is false positives and just a pain in the neck if you want the score.

One tip, make sure you remember your score split (Q, V, and IR) when it flashes on the screen at the end.
If the proctor rushes you, tell them to wait while you remember, memorize the score (do not write it down yet).

Once the session is over, and the proctor hung up and the test is officially over - WRITE IT DOWN so you have it just in case there is another admin review/etc.

Hey Stocactus7

Did you receive your official score? I got the same email today that my test has been subjected to administrative review.. with R2 approaching getting this kind of email is really frustrating.
Wondering how any days did it take for you to get your official score or you received it at all

Posted from my mobile device

Hi all!

I'm sharing my experience here:

I presented my exam on December 31st, 2021 (I know). My exam was flagged for administrative review and I received the official score today (15 business days or 21 calendar days)

1st online attempt 610 and I got the official results the next day
2nd online attempt 710 and the exam was flagged for admin review

Maybe higher scores get flagged more often?

Hope this helps
