It is impossible that all of us got rejected , wait for Monday

no nothing has been rolled out from ISB. Zero updates even on Clear admit live wire

Here's what I think happened ISB AdCom wanted to conduct offline interviews as per the schedule posted. But some of the panel members intimated that they could not travel / or are unavailable on those days. The backups needed some time to confirm if they would be available on those days. End result - No shortlists until panels are decided. I believe it was wrong of ISB AdCom to go for offline interviews. They should have done the online thing as last year.

I believe that this entire fiasco is caused by the insistence of some members in the AdCom who wanted to conduct face-to-face interviews and also needed time to "properly study and understand" the essays and LORs of candidates before shortlisting them. P.S1: This is my theory based on the live sessions of the AdCom. No proofs. So, don't jump on me. P.S2: Saw an old AdCom video in which the guy clearly says that they put interviewed candidates into 3 baskets. 1-Immediately offered admission within a week 2-Immediately rejected but informed at a later date after that Round 3-Waitlisted - fate depends on other candidates The current AdCom doesn't want to follow this. They want to look at all candidates in that Round before rolling out admissions. So, be prepared to wait a long time this year. 1st results will be rolled out only in Nov 1st week. Prepare for other interviews if you have any.

Alum availability isn’t as big an issue.. alums wanted offline interviews (much much better than zoom). Seems like a processing delay. Last year as well things were delayed during online interview mode.

Buddy there’s a friend who is from IIT Madras with a stellar profile working in JP Morgan currently and has also worked with Citibank previously... If a profile like that hasn’t received an email of acceptance yet ..no one has received till now for sure .. NIRF rank 1 college + top brand company is a definite shortlist with a decent essay That too he has a GMAT of 760 as well

Don’t worry guys. ISB is quite generous in terms of interview invites. Most of you will get to appear for interview. I applied in R3 last year. Had interview on Sunday and got the mail on previous Sunday night at 11:30. So going by that, people in Mumbai and Hyderabad will get mails tomorrow night
