I gave GMAT on 9th Dec and could score only 600. Now that deadline has been extended only by one week. Can I apply with the same score and I can plan to give GMAT maybe around 25th December(because 16 days gap is required between GMAT) and probably could aim to score more and update my score in the application. Is this possible?

This is not possible. You cannot change the score later on.

As per email reply by IIMA adcom, results would be declared as per the admission timeline mentioned on the website.
So expect by 16th or may be sooner.

You are in a sweet spot workex wise for IIMA PGPX however your GRE is on the lower side. If you can raise it to 325+ you will have a good shot at PGPX considering your age is less. They expect younger folks to score higher. A lot will depend on application as well to get shortlisted for essays/ interview

Your profile is good. however you must aim for higher GRE. at least 325. IIMA focusses a lot of acads and GMAT/GRE score. the lowest in my batch was 690 GMAT so you understand the competition. Aim for a higher GRE, super essays and interview and you shall be through. Working as Vendor Operations and Technical solutions Manager for Expedia Group. I have experience in Vendor Operations Management and Business Development for Online Travel Industry, Google Shopping and Digital Marketing.

Highlight : Received 6 promotions across three different companies in the past 7 years.

Integrated 50+ new partners on Google Hotel Ads which resulted in 28% revenue growth.
Managed campaigns for Tier -1 partners with a daily budget of 100K+ USD.

As a Vendor Ops Manager, managed Sampling Strategy, Review Strategy and conceptualized Quality Framework for Google process.

GMAT should be atleast 680-700 to even be considered for shortlisting
I would recommend you to retake GMAT and target for 700+
