Academic - Strong 8/10.... Professional - with the given info 6/10 (for better assessment please add organization name & role responsibilities, progression interms of vertical growth YOY) Diversity - Add details Male/female or differently abled..... Personal - Need to know your story to assess grit & personality traits? .... Extracurricular - Have you played any sport, instrument or something impact ful at a competitive level?..... Social angle - Have you been part of any volunteering ?......Anyway IIMA class average has been at 690/700, so it is safe to have 670-80 if you apply in R1, 680-700 if in R2, 690+ for R3.......Same goes for IIMB EPGP as well ........ One of the most important admission quality is "How employable one is"...............................
