Academic - Strong 8/10.... Professional - with the given info 6/10 (for better assessment please add organization name & role responsibilities, progression interms of vertical growth YOY) Diversity - Add details Male/female or differently abled..... Personal - Need to know your story to assess grit & personality traits? .... Extracurricular - Have you played any sport, instrument or something impact ful at a competitive level?..... Social angle - Have you been part of any volunteering ?......Anyway IIMA class average has been at 690/700, so it is safe to have 670-80 if you apply in R1, 680-700 if in R2, 690+ for R3.......Same goes for IIMB EPGP as well ........ One of the most important admission quality is "How employable one is"...............................

I wanted to know should I apply for IIMA-PGPX or not,
GMAT - 660(test centre)
GRAD - 8.06
XII - 87.4
X - 9.0
work ex - 4 years 3 months in Maintenance, manufacturing ( Reliance industries)
Currently working - 1 month, Risk management , Technical consulting

I've got waitlist in ISB (WITH ONLINE GMAT 690)

Do I stand a chance to recieve an interview call in IIMA or I'll be just throwing away 9k?

There is 50-50 chance. You will have to take a call on whether you can put 9k at stake.

Do you have any significant achievements in sports, art, CSR, or anyother fields? International experience? Handled any global clients? Patents ? Any Entreprenurial endeavours ? Diversity?...... Any of these details can help in assessment of your profile

660 is a tight rope many have got the calls and many haven’t

Hi kanishaksharma hope this finds you well

Suggest you do not apply without first identifying the gaps in your ISB application and rectifying your strategy. Having said that, 4 years of work experience is relatively on the lower side of the spectrum for IIM A PGPX. Therefore, it is imperative that you prepare very well for all the elements of the application, including the interview.

Do reach out if you are looking for some honest feedback. Having 6 years of manufacturing experience myself, I would be able to steer you in the right direction.

Last time I checked, online GRE/GMAT are not valid for IIM A

I just saw you had a 690 in online GMAT and a 660 at Test Centre, thus you can't use that for IIM A. You should definitely prioritize raising your GMAT score before applying.

Can someone tell me what difference will it make if one is a reapplicant? Like does it negatively impact despite one has improved significantly from the last test time?

reapplication doesn’t have any negative connotation. All that needs to be demonstrated is the improvement or change they made during this period

Your target score should be a function of your target school and program.
With just 2 points shared it always safe to target 10 points above class average.. In case of IIMA 700 to 710...good luck

Yes, but the portals for round 1 and round 3 are different, so you have to re-register
