Hey there
rex199124, I'm happy to provide an opinion. First of all, congratulations on your admits! I was also accepted at these schools and ultimately decided to attend Booth. I am coming from, and recruiting for Tech though.
In short, I would recommend Booth or Kellogg. I also really enjoyed my visit to Yale, but IB is an old-school career path and the recruiting processes are very well defined. Historically, Yale has not been a top tier program (though I believe that is steadily changing) and people in IB care about that sort of thing more than any other industry. The firms that come and recruit at Booth are second to none. I don't know if Yale, or Kellogg for that matter, have pipelines at some of the more selective firms.
I echo much of what
bb said. Regarding lifestyle, I love living in Chicago and going to Booth. Originally, I eliminated Booth from my list of schools to apply to because I was turned off by the commuting aspect. I went to a small undergrad in a quaint college town and walked to class - and I loved that and thought I wanted that for the MBA as well. But, as it turns out, my experience is quite similar. Roughly 90% of the people on the train to and from campus are fellow Boothies, so it's a designated time to meet people and build relationships. Regarding housing, I would say about 85% of the class lives in a 3 city block radius. So it's a quick walk to anyones apartment for a pregame. And for the nightlife, we have all of Chicago at our disposal.
To provide more info, it would be helpful to know what is most important in your decision. Is it location? Is it to land a specific job at a specific type of firm? Is it the school culture/community?
If the most important thing is what job you land after school, Booth is going to give you the best opportunities, followed by Kellogg, followed by Yale. In my opinion, if you're going down the IB route, $40k won't make a huge difference in the long run. Especially if the result is landing at a Tier 1 firm vs a Tier 2 firm. But I'm sure you're well aware of the compensation packages

I hope this helps. Enjoy your Kellogg and Booth visits!
