Is funding always included it in the Admittance letter?

Current (international) students at Kellogg or Kellogg alums, do you guys recommend the ACE (American Culture and English) program? I've been told that it could be a good way to meet culture classmates, but I'm personally not terribly interested in 3 weeks of English classes and "learning about US culture" as I feel like I'm ... fine on those fronts. I understand that you may not be terribly interested in the ACE program; however, keep in mind that this program is specially designed for incoming MBA and Two-Year MBA Program students, and It can be a great opportunity for you to build a friendship network and get settled in before orientation officially begins. Hi, Kellogg R1 Waitlister here Any ideas on when we can expect movement? By that, I mean clarity - even if it is a reject. Trying to find some sort of answer basis historical data. For added context - I'm an international student.
