Does IIM take similar number of students in each round ?

✓ I have completed my B.Tech in 5 years (because I had supplementary in 7th semester). Will it be a problem while taking admission to IIM one year program?
✓ My acads - 87% (Class 10), 83% (Class 12) , 6.99/10 (B.Tech, Tier 2).
✓ Though I completed B.Tech in 2010-2015, but I completed my 2 years MBA from Tier 2 MBA College on 2014-16. I submitted my B.Tech Result to MBA college after some days of starting the MBA course upon requesting them. Should I show my MBA degree to IIM Panel or justify the whole saga ?
✓ My GMAT is scheduled at 2nd October, Does IIM takes similar numbers of students in each round? Should I apply for R2 or R3? I will get very less time in that case if I apply for R2. My GMAT FE Mock Scores range is 655-665
✓ My professional career - Presently am Program Manager of Electronics Manufacturing Company, I worked with major IT firm as Business Consultant for 4 years, before that I worked with consumer insights firm as research manager.
✓ Extracurricular - Placement coordinator for both B.Tech and MBA college and was volunteer for Red cross several times to many places at the time for natural calamities
✓ Have CSPO certification
