Hi, Is it normal to have a interview for just 25 mins? Like my first interview was of 1 hr, and went super well. But the next one was just for 25 mins.

Can anyone else share their view on the same?

The first one was taken by an Indian, and the second one was taken by an european.

Hi Shrirupa,

yeah, that's common. Some interviewers prefer to be more efficient. Usually, these are the ones who have read your application in detail before the interview and prefer to skip some questions whose answers are already addressed there. So, they only have a handful of questions to ask.

It is neither a good or a bad sign so, don't read too much into it ;)

Warm regards
Alex

Shrirupa - it's quite normal to have short(er) interviews: this depends on the interviewer's style and what/ how they assess a candidate. Your performance and the rapport you had with the interviewer would determine the outcome, more than the duration.

For example, this candidate had two long interviews where they faced "difficult" questions, and this candidate had one short(er) and one long interview which she felt was challenging. Both were admitted with scholarships.

Is INSEAD really concerned with IR and AWA score. I have a zero in these 2 sections. Will the same be a red flag to my INSEAD application?

Requesting Admission consultants to please comment on the same.

R2 admit results are not out yet. I'd doubt that they have processed the R1 waitlist.
