SssAaa - would be tough to answer without knowing more details of your profile (e.g. your nationality, which company/ functions was your work-ex in, were there promotions, involvement in ExtraCurriculars, your post MBA goals, etc.).
The composite GRE score is good and can potentially compensate for the lower GPA. IESE has 4 rounds which means R3 can be considered if the overall profile is strong.
