A certain bakery needs to make 1,200 croissants and 1,440 scones during a shift. I got slightly confused while attempting this question because of the language - it wasn't clear in 1 read whether the same baker is baking both scones or croissants or it's separate bakers altogether.
1,200 croissants / 48* = 25
1440 scones / 24** = 60
Total = 85 (C)
*1 baker in 1 shift can make 48 croissants = 6 croissants per hour x 8 hours
** 1 baker in 1 shift can make 24 scones = 3 scones per hour x 8 hours
