Will the admissions decision come tomorrow or day after? (India)

Some will see tomorrow and some on 12th (India time). Last year portal update was in the sequence - Reject -->Waitlist-->Admitted Don’t know what will happen this year

and for people who haven’t received any call yet, is it safe to assume that they’ve been rejected/waitlisted? also is kenan generous with scholarships?
