Hi thekingslay , With 10 years of experience in startups (Zomato, Delhivery, Blinkit, Noon in the UAE) and a strong background in team management, you seem to have a good chance of applying to ISB. You should aim for a GMAT score of at least 700 or above, as the average for ISB is around 700-710. You should majorly focus on your leadership skills, career progression, and the impact of your work in startups in your application. While you lack formal certifications, consider pursuing relevant courses to enhance your profile. Engage with ISB alumni for insights and networking opportunities to strengthen your application. Overall, with strategic preparation, you can improve your chances of admission to ISB next year.
