Sonket You did not mention your GMAT/GRE, so I assume you have not started your application yet. If I may be brutally honest, the best thing you can do to improve your chances of getting a top MBA is to look for opportunities where you can throw yourself into unprecedented challenges from a learning perspective. Awards at TCS like Employee of the Month are a positive sign, but show that even without an MBA you can pursue lucrative career opportunities in your field of interest. I would say you are at a good point to look outside of TCS. Stick around too long, and you risk being stuck in the slow lane, which could lead to settling for less competitive programs and, consequently, limited post-MBA opportunities.
Aim for a high GMAT score, but most importantly, challenge yourself on the professional front

Hello all, Looking for Profile valuation
10th : 76%
12th : 61%
UG : 8.73 CGPA {BE(CSE), Gujarat Technological University}
Work Experience: 3+ years in TCS
Worked as Quality Assurance Engineer two years with a Japanese Client.
Now shift in project to a Mexican-American Client working on Automation Testing with GenAI.
GMAT not given yet.
Part of an NGO for one year, Taught students as an Initiative from IEEE in college where I was also Vice President of IEEE WIE (Women in Engineering) section.
Cleared Promotion (Digital Cadre) exam within a year in TCS and won Employee of the month and few other awards.
I am also a Singer and performed several public shows. Also my oratory skill is better.
What are my chances at Top MBA Colleges?
