Sonket You did not mention your GMAT/GRE, so I assume you have not started your application yet. If I may be brutally honest, the best thing you can do to improve your chances of getting a top MBA is to look for opportunities where you can throw yourself into unprecedented challenges from a learning perspective. Awards at TCS like Employee of the Month are a positive sign, but show that even without an MBA you can pursue lucrative career opportunities in your field of interest. I would say you are at a good point to look outside of TCS. Stick around too long, and you risk being stuck in the slow lane, which could lead to settling for less competitive programs and, consequently, limited post-MBA opportunities.

Aim for a high GMAT score, but most importantly, challenge yourself on the professional front

Best wishes

Has anyone who has given the interviews seeing a change in their status on the portal or is it showing "Interview completed"?

There is no such safe score i mean considering r1, people got an invite at 615 and some people w seller profiles haven’t got an invite at 715,735 either

so yeah but historically a 675+ score coupled with a good profile should be “super safe” usually 645+ is considered to be safe

Sonket Instead of asking that, here’s how you should think: 'would ISB be so desperate to offer me one of their last remaining seats just because I have a 675? How would that really matter to ISB?'
A score like this, or even most other commonly appearing ones, likely won’t sway their decision unless it helps them pull up their average and they have absolutely no one else with a more compelling profile(and thus multiple layers of interest) to do that.

What I’m saying about ISB, since we’re on this thread, may not hold true for other programs for which you may be eligible, or will become eligible in the future. That’s why the better question to ask is: if all my stats remain the same (which means that you are not willing to change much on the professional front), which B-schools would be better suited for me? Exploring that requires a much broader discussion, which you can have with me separately.

Hey, can someone here refer me to an experienced consultant who deals with S10 schools? or does anyone here have experience with Piyush Ranjan and team?

Weirdly haven’t received an invite from ISB with my profile so might be forced to look at other colleges outside of India and wanted to get a comprehensive profile review with realistic outlook!
Hey! You can schedule a consultation with Preppie (https://www.preppie.in) to have a free 1 hr detailed discussion with senior consultants (only alums of top international B-Schools with 15+ yrs of exp) who have been providing guidance for M7, S10 and other top global schools for several years now.

I tried booking but it only gives a 10 min schedule call, and when I did schedule it no one reached out I guess. Can I contact you guys on whatsapp for further thorough discussion?

Does ISB disclose merit and diversity scholarship decisions at the time of admission, or are these communicated later?

Hahaha that’s true. But I had a word with their team and this time they sounded very confident about the results being out on Monday or Tuesday. I specifically asked them for these two days

They also seemed very confident about interview invites being rolled out till 25th which is Monday :))) haven’t seen anyone report any invites since then!

the interview process was supposed to end on 25th no? How come you are announcing the results before or on that day then.

I had raised a ticket on Nov 15th on the application portal to which I got this reply from the Adcom (attached screenshot)

I haven’t received any invite till date, so I’m assuming that I wasn’t shortlisted
