Hi, for most scholarships you’ll get a reply the same day you receive your offer. There might be some specific other scholarships you need to apply to separately which report results later - not sure about those.

It depends on which scholarship you is aiming for. The best way is to reach out directly to the adcoms via email for clarification on specific scholarship details and timelines because it is different for different scholarships.

should we use the exact format for resume as mentioned in the application ? the exact same formatting ?

I believe most applicants use Oxford CV format for their applications. it’s better to use their templates as that will likely be the one you’ll be using for recruiting as well when you get accepted (if I understand correctly).
