I tried to enquire about it
People told that it depends on the profile - Engineering male(IT/ Non IT), CA/CFA, Medical, Lawyers, Other professionals - actor/ cricketer then gender diversity also
So, conversion rates vary for each profile.

For an average benchmark - some said it is very high
I.e. almost 60% chances of you get interview invite

Some said it is on low side
Almost 20% of you get interview invite.

I think no one knows for sure.

Duration: Around 45mins
a) Interviewers first explained how the interview will be
b) Started with give some brief highlights about your profile
c) What is your work currently?
d) Challenges to your work, how do you manage stakeholders
e) so why MBA?
f) Strategy execution vs Strategy Formulation, where do you see yourself better?
g) Goals Clarity?
h) Where do you see yourself 20 years down the line?

My interview experience:
2 panel members- one was from Finance (M)and other was a Doctor (F, 2005 cohort)

Very Conversational interview

Started on my post mba goals in conjunction with my research for that goal and how will ISB help

How will ISB move the needle for your goal?

Some questions on personal life and setback and how my initial interest in finance was generated

What resources you use to keep yourself updated on various industries and consulting

Questions on hobbies focusing on movies

One question which was unique, not a curveball was Tell me about instances where you were completely dazzled or think how did this happen?

Hope this helps. Thank you to everyone to shared their experiences earlier. Helped me a lot.
