Does anyone know if ISB looks at the previous year essays as well in case of re applicants?

@WA@vcd1863, on several occasions, ISB has clarified that the essay-content can remain the same, if the applicants believe that nothing needs to change.

However, we have seen that there are things that inevitably do change from one year to another: the essay prompts, a candidate's roles & responsibilities, goals etc..

Well, experience is a bit on the lower side (not that you can do anything about it; only time will heal it:)).

If you were consistently scoring more than 675 in the official mocks, a re-take will not hurt; else don't bother Aeti.

I had volatile scores in the mocks, with 615 being my last mock score. I’m not sure if mock scores are a good representative of one’s true potential

Besides, this was my 3rd attempt since March this year

In that case, I am not really seeing too much of an upside in your retake Aeti.

Kudos on the perseverance you showed in giving the GMAT thrice.

Rest assured that 675 is a very decent score and can definitely land you in ISB. So, focus on your application.

Didnt understand your question, do you want to know if you should or if you want colleges that you should apply to?

But you are from a very different applicant group, very rare to have people from medical field into MBA so you should apply to each and every top school in India or abroad, you surely have very good chances if you frame your essays and story well.
Okay thanks a lot for your input. Also, do I need to improve something on my profile?
