I took the video essay it was pretty straightforward: - introduce yourself to the adcom - one misconception about you that your colleagues have and you’d like to correct - tell us about a time you made a team more inclusive You can do the practise questions as many times you like And if you don’t want to take the assessment right after the practice, you can logout and return to it later
