Hi team, I was wondering about the LOR requirements. I already have 1 solid proof of work LOR from a senior colleague. I do not want to get an LOR from my current manager because I do not wish to inform him about my plans yet. For the second LOR, should it be professional? If professional, can it also be from another colleague in the same team? I also have an option to get an LOR from the founder of the NGO which I am currently working with Which one would be more impactful?
