Interview experience sharing:
I interviewed with a second-year student and she was very friendly. The interview lasted about 50 minutes. The interview style didn’t include follow-up questions, so it’s better to include all your key points directly in your answers rather than trying to hold something back for later.
1. Can you tell me about yourself and share more about who you are?
2. What motivates you both personally and professionally?
3. What would you say is your greatest personal achievement?
4. Why are you applying for an MBA, and why at this particular moment?
5. Can you go deeper into your short-term and long-term career goals?
6. What is your Plan B if your primary career goals don’t work out?
7. What has been the best piece of constructive feedback you have received from a manager?
8. How would your manager describe you, and why are you an asset to the team?
9. Can you tell me about a time you had a conflict with a team member and how you resolved it?
10. Can you tell me about a time you made a mistake in a leadership position?
11. How do you think an ideal team should work?
12. What about Fuqua is different from the other MBA programs you’re considering?
13. What particular communities excite you the most and why?
14. What does Team Fuqua mean to you?
15. Do you have any questions for me?
Hope that helps!
