These are 3 sets of questions I found on Reddit, along with a 4th set of questions that I got in my assessment:

Set 1:
1. Tell me a time when you influenced someone
2. What would you do if your ideas were not heard in a team setting
3. Tell me about a time when you were in a high pressure environment
4. <missed this>

Set 2:
1. A story about challenge/ overcome challenges leading the team.
2. Imagine when you have to deal with a team that has a very different working style. How did you approach? What did you do.
3. A time you have to analyse the problem. Steps you took to solve the problem
4. Tell a story about a professional/ personal setback.

Set 3:
1. Describe a time when you were responsible to deliver a critical outcome
2. Imagine you’re working on a team with a deadline and a member is underperforming. How would you approach this?
3. How did you identify a problem and fix it? What steps did you take?
4. Describe a situation where you had to deal with ambiguity/ incomplete information. How did you move forward?

Questions I faced:
1. Give an example of when you saw a need for change or improvement, and took the initiative to make it happen. What motivated you to act, and what was the result?
2. Imagine you are in a situation where progress depended on effective collaboration. What role did you play, and how did your actions contribute to a successful outcome?
3. Give an example of a decision you made that required you to balance multiple priorities or perspectives. How did you evaluate the trade-offs? And what did you ultimately decide to do?
4. Describe a personal/professional setback and what actions did you take to move forward?

They extended my deposit deadline to 16th Feb
