Exactly one module has Introductory Reading session. Since we know that Atlas and Cascade have Standard Reading section, Beacon has Introductory Reading session.
Beacon cannot have Introductory practice session now so it must have Advanced practice session along with any one of Atlas or Cascade.
Only the following mappings are possible:

Hence, Beacon having standard assessment will always be true and Beacon having introductory practice will always be false.

Here is my outcome
Reading:
Rule (1) Exactly 1 has intro reading
Rule (3) A & C has standard reading
Therefore, B has intro reading.
Practice:
Rule (2) 2 have advanced and 1 has introductory
As B has already I in its reading, it must be A in its practice.
Since, B has already I and A, so, it should have standard assessment
Plugging all the rules, I get the following information
Module Sections (I, S, A)
Reading Practice Assessment
A S A/I I/A [different possibilities]
B I A S [100% possible]
C S I/A I/A [different possibilities]

Therefore, Beacon has introductory practice (False statement) but beacon has standard assessment (True statement)

Must be false:

Relevant Question info
1) Atlas and Cascade have standard reading sections
2) Exactly one module has introductory reading section. Inference: This has to be Beacon because other 2 have standard reading sections
3) Each module has one Introductory, Standard and Advanced section. Inference: Beacon cannot have introductory practice or introductory assessment since the reading section is introductory here

Hence, statement 2 which says beacon has introductory practice session must be false.

Must be true:

Relevant question info:
1) Atlas and Cascade both have standard reading sections
2) Exactly one module (Beacon as inferred above) has introductory reading section
3) Exactly 2 modules have advance practice and 1 has introductory practice section. Inference: since Beacon already has an intro section for reading, it cannot have intro for practice as well. Hence, between Atlas and Cascade, they will have advanced and intro practice sections and Beacon will have advanced practice section

From 2 above, we know Beacon has intro reading and from 3 above, we know it also has advanced practice. All that's left is standard assessment and that's what statement 5 says which must be true

Because, Atlas & Cascade both have std. reading section( As per condition 3) & exactly 1 module has introductory reading section ( As per condition 1).
.: Beacon is having Introductory reading section.
Since, Beacon is having introductory reading its practice section has to be either standard or Advance. But as per condition 2 Exactly 2 module is having advance and remaining one is having introductory practice session, there is no module which can have standard practice section. Therefore, beacon has to have Advance practice section. (Since, each module has only 1 introductory, 1 standard and 1 advance section)
.: Beacon is having Standard Assessment section.
True is Beacon is having standard assessment section.
False is Beacon is having standard reading section.

help to draw a quick grid

Reading:
Atlas and cascade reading = standard, the other is intro reading which can only be beacon

Practise:
moving on to practise, we have to allocate to the three practise section, advanced, advanced and intro.

Beacon already has an intro reading so cannot have intro practise and as there is no standard practise, it must be advanced
Therefore Beacon assessment must be standard.

True statement: Beacon standard assessment
false statement: Beacon intro practise

There are actually two viable cases:
RI: B RS: AC RA: None
PI: C/A PS: None PA:A/C B
AI: A/C AS:B AA:C/A

So based on these combinations we can clearly state the conditions of module B : Reading Introductory, Practice Advanced and Assessment Standard

we need statement which MUST be true/false.
now, as we know, A&C have SR sections, and exactly 1 module have introductory reading section, so, B has IR section, so B cannot have any other intro sections. Therefore statement 2 must be false.
and, as practice sections are 2 advanced and 1 intro. B will be having an advanced practice section and therefore a standard assessment section(statement5).

True: Beacon has standard assessment section.
False: Beacon has introductory practice section.

We are given a lot of information, so it is best to not get overwhelmed and focus on one thing at a time. Start with restrictions to eliminate other possibilities.

Use a tree-like diagram to organize work.

A -> RPA
B - > RPA
C -> RPA
We must place I,S,A to each of the R,P,A.
Start with (3), which confirms that both A and C both have standard reading sections. This means that per 1, B must have an introductory reading session.

A -> R(S)PA
B - > R(I)PA
C -> R(S)PA

Now examining statement 2, if two models have an advanced practice section, and the third must be introductory, that means that B must have the advanced practice section, because the introductory section is already taken by R.

Therefore, it becomes:

A -> R(S)P(A)A
B -> R(I)P(A)A
C -> R(S) P, A

The 2nd advanced practice section can be placed either in A or C. Notice that this means, which is that B must also have a standard assessment section.

Examining the answer choices, focus on B because we have the most concrete information about it. Clearly, Beacon cannot have an introductory practice section because we have concluded it must have advanced based on the restrictions. Similarly, it must have a standard assessment section.

Took me 5 mins total, any faster way to do this?

Both Atlas and Cascade has a standard reading sections , Atlas doesn't have advanced sections , similarly cascade has advanced sections.

Beacon has an introductory reading section. So it must be FALSE.

3. Cascade has an Introductory practice section. It could also have advanced practice section.
4. Atlas has an Introductory assessment section. It could also have advanced practice section.

As per question, each of modules A,B,C have each of Read, Practise and Assessment section and each of Introductory, Advanced and Standard Sections. Since B already has Introcuctory Read section, it cannot have Introductory Practice section.
Since B already has Intoductory Read and Advanced Practise section, it will have Standeard Assessment Section.

After filling in the given Standard for Atlas and Cascade in Reading,
we are left only with Beacon for Intro ( because Exactly one need to be Intro)

For Practice,
we need to allocate 2 advanced and 1 intro,
Now, Beacon can't get Intro since it already have Intro in Reading, Thus, it have to be Advanced in Practice.
And thus, Beacon have Standard in Assessment.

Rest others have the two options which we can't confirm as per given data.
Thus, the Table will look something like this:

Basis the question, we know below information-
From 3) we know A and C have standard reading sections
From 1) we know one module has Introductory reading section, from above A and C are standard hence B has Intro reading section

Reading section= A(Standard), B (Introductory), C (Standard)
Also we know in every module sections cannot be repeated.

From 2) we know two modules practice sessions are advanced and one is Introductory. Since B reading section is introductory hence it cannot repeat. Therefore, B's practice session is advanced.

We can conclude for B:
Reading- Intro
Practice- Advanced
Assessment- Standard.

Hence statement 2 is false for B and statement 5 is true for B.

From Statement 3 0- Atlas and Cascade have Standard reading.
From statement 1 -- > Beacon has Intro Reading
From Statement 2 - 2 have advanced while the remaining is Intro. Since Beacon has Intro reading, it cannot have Intro Practice as well. So it needs to be Advanced Practice. So second Option is False
In Beacon, Reading is Intro, Practice is Advanced so Assignment will be Standard ->5th option is True

A&C = SR. so B = IR, so B cannot have IP(statement 2)
and as Practices are either A or I. B = AP, so B = SA(Statement 5)
