let 3 siblings be x,y,z - we don't know who as of yet

Given
B > D (B is older than D)
D > x,y,z
and E != x,y,z

from above we can conclude that D, E are not one of the 3 siblings,
same can be inferred with B as B is older than D, and none of the 3 siblings are older than D, so B is not one of the 3 siblings

so the siblings are A,C, and F

Q1 asks, who can be in group 2, and not group 3

we can see that 3 people are always younger than D
so 2 of these can go to Group C, and one can go to group B, which makes other spot for D in group2, D can never be in group 3
so ans - D
even if E is younger than D, D can be in group 1 but never in group three

Q2 asks, who can be in either group, that would be E as there is no restriction for her
is there any restriction for the 3 siblings, yes - they are always younger than D and B, so they can never be in group 1

Correct answer:
- Group 2 but not group 3: Daria
- Any group: Elise

Explaination (let's call them ABCDEF for short):
B is older than D and D is older than the 3 siblings. This means that they are not the 3 siblings and they are older than them. B is definitely in group 1 as the oldest or 2nd oldest person in the batch.
E is not the siblings and their info is a wildcard. They could be even oldest (older than B) or youngest (younger than the youngest siblings) or in the middle (B > D > E > siblings). That is why E could be in any of the group.
D COULD be in group 2 but not group 3, since D is older than the siblings so D cannot be in group 3.

i am going with daria for the first requirement and with elise for the second requirement.
as daria must be older than A, C and F and atleast 3 people should be younger than her so she can never be at bottom in group 3.
there is nothing restricting elise's age compared to anyone so she could be anything, oldest, youngest or in the middle.

D has is plder than 2 of his siblings. So he cannot be in group 3. E is not ranked according to anyone, all we know is she is not a sibling hence she could be older than B, or younger than D or even younger than the 2 siblings

Answer: Group 2 but not 3 = Daria, In any group = Elise

From the information in the passage we know that B > D, and D > All three siblings, so:
B > D > S1 > S2 > S3
We also know that E is not one of the siblings which means that the siblings are A, F, and C.

D, because she has to be older than at least three interns (the siblings) could be in group 2 but could not be in group 3.
E could be in any group as she could be the youngest, she could be older than just one, two, or all three of the siblings, she could be older than D but younger than B, or she is the oldest.

Let them be- A B C D E F
If B > D, and D is eldest of all siblings
Then B definately has to be in group 1---hence cant be in 2 or 3

And D can be in Grp 1 or 2.
If D is in grp 1-
the other 2 siblings can be in grp 2 or 3 only---E can be in 2 or 3
If D is in grp 2--then other 2 siblings can be in 2 or 3---E can be in 1 2 or 3
Hence, E can be anywhere.

Given the constraints, we know B will definitely be in G1 (Group 1) as she is older than at least 4 people and G1 has the oldest interns.
Since B>D and D > all 3 siblings and E is not one of the siblings, A,C and F are the siblings.
And since B is older than 3 people, she cannot be in group 3 which has the youngest interns.

Hence B can be in G2 but not in G3 and E can be anywhere since we don't know how E compares with the rest of the people.

As per question B>D who is > atleast three other people other than E.

hence if we arrange in ascending order of age, the order looks something like.

(A,C,F) < D<B. Note that nothing is mentioned about E's age. hence E can be in any group.

Similarly, D is definitely in 4th or above position ( depending on E's age). hence there is a chance for D to be in group -2 but not in group -3.

We know from question;

B > D > All 3 siblings

E is not sibling, so ACF are siblings. We have no idea about E's age, they can be anywhere.

For first option, we know b is oldest of all (except E; we dont know E) so has to be group 1. If D is older than E, group 1, if not group 2 but cant be in group 3 as it is older than ACF so 2 those will be in group 3 or E. So D

meaning the siblings must be Anya, Clara and Felix
age from oldest to youngest for groups
group 1(1-2), group 2(3-4), group 3(5-6)
Bram older than Daria and the 3 so can only be in position 1 or 2
Anya, Clara, felix are all younger than Daria and bram so no position 1 or 2
the siblings can only be in group 2 or 3
Daria is older than 3 ppl meaning her lowest possible position is 3.
Daria can be in group 1 or 2 but never 3
Elise has no age restrictions relative to the others, she can be anywhere from 1 to 6
she qualifies for group 1,2,3
