I'm sure you know me. We have met at a Kellogg event and chatted for a while. I feel that you really can't wait to call me and inform me on the good news but you're worried to wake me up as it's very very very late here in my faraway time zone. Dear Ms. Williams, rest assured. I'm all awake, anxiously waiting for your call. In fact, even elephants' sleeping pills won't do the job. I promise to answer the phone, however late it may be, and to scream out loud when I hear your voice.
It's all over. Time for me to change my avatar and delete "magic" from my username.

IMHO, you might still have a shot till eod Friday. After that, it would be hard to believe they are still making calls (judging by the frentic call-makingn pace today)
oh darn....from last year posts it looks like today and tomorrow are THE days to get a call.
And from last year's posts it looks like people got notification by just checking their statuses (pretty crude). Which I just did right now, but it says the same thing....
In fairness, there were a lot of 12/14 and 12/15 last year too, in addition to 12/9 and 12/10. We're still quite early on.
In spite of my defeatist message from before, which was largely (but by no means entirely) in jest, I really don't think it's time to start playing taps.
I spoke with my buddy yesterday (class of 2011) and he couldn't remember the day that he got the call, but fortunately (or unfortunately) told me that some of his classmates (notice the plural) got a call on the last day. With that being said, I think that obviously the chances will be greatly diminished the closer we get to the 20th, but that doesn't mean they are gone.
Been watching these forums for awhile, so I figured I'd contribute
I'm in! - R1 2Y fulltime applicant, got the call at 1:25 CST today.
710 GMAT, 3.06 GPA (super low, thus extreme excitement), industrial engineer from top engineering school, 3.5 years experience - manufacturing rotational program and special projects in health services.
May I ask if anybody actually check their application status online after getting a call from kellogg (I only got an e-mail, as I'm from a different timezone)? Mine still says "In Progress"

Mine still says 'submitted' on my apply yourself website and the usual complete message on the 'check application status' on the website.
I've been a lurker for a while now, but I just want to instill some hope into those of you who have not received the coveted call from Kellogg. I have my phone interview (international applicant) tomorrow, and it's to my understanding that phone interviews will continue until Friday (Dec. 10th) because that was one of the days available for me to choose from. I am assuming Friday is the last day for interviews for 1st rounders as it is so close to the decision deadline of Dec. 20th, but I could be wrong. So the fact that some round 1 applicants like myself are still waiting to complete our phone interviews should tell you that the Kellogg adcom has definitely not yet finished reviewing all the applications.
So congratulations to everyone that has already been admitted. I hope that I will be joining you in the near future along with the other gmatclubbers. Best of luck to everyone!
PS: Imagine how I'm feeling right now trying to prepare for my interview knowing that acceptance letters have already begun to go out
Here is another lurker. I just registered myself to do this first post. I am a 1-Y applicant from Canada. Anxiously waiting for the result and will probably lose my faith by this Friday if I still don't hear anything from them.
Count me in as R1 applicant. Off-campus interview on Oct 4th.
Anyone received the phone call today are in the 1Y program?
