On January 31st, 2024, I made a subscription purchase using my email address "so************". However, due to technical glitch, the transaction did not go through, and I was unable to access the subscribed services. In response to this problem, I created a new account using a different email address "ky*************" to successfully complete the subscription payment, unaware that the initial attempt had been registered.
Upon realizing this oversight today, I discovered that I have inadvertently ended up with duplicate subscriptions under both email addresses. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter by initiating a refund for one of the subscriptions.
