Well, classes don't actually start until the 25th. Last year the last people on the forums weren't released until August 23rd. So we may have a lot more pointless waiting in store. It couldn't hurt to ask about a feedback session before then though-- worst case you look eager.

Me too. I wouldn't read anything into the no offer of feedback (though I haven't called yet). I would assume being kept on the waiting list until the last minute is as much an endorsement as an invitation for feedback. I am definitely going to call tomorrow and see if I can schedule a feedback appointment.
