Folks, I want to share some very good news! Just got off the waitlist (about 30 minutes ago) at Tuck!! I did not receive any phone call. An update was made to my application (got an email), and i opened it guessing that it must be a reject. But voila!!! Admitted to the class of 2018!!! Lost for words right now. Tuck was the only school i applied to and i had already begun making plans for the next year. No waitlist strategy as such (stayed silent). I got feedback midway through my waitlist telling me there was no specific aspect i should work on and i just acknowledged that. Got another email last week asking if i was interested and i told them Tuck was my dream so hell yeah!! Background: Indian applicant - November round - 4 years in consulting

feels just like the time the decisions for the admissions rounds were coming out...those admitted got the good news early... rest were waitlisted or rejected... don't want to sound like the harbinger of doom...but the present situation doesn't give me much hope.. All the best to everyone who is still waiting to hear something
